Ship's Communication License
Authorisation for the installation and use of the ship's radio equipment (ITU Radio Regulations).
What this certificate is
The Ship's Communication License authorises the installation and use of a vessel's radio equipment under the ITU Radio Regulations. It assigns the call sign and MMSI identity by which the ship is known at sea, and lists the transmitting equipment it is licensed to operate.
Issued under
This document is issued in line with the provisions of the Haitian National Legislation comm. code-230-476 and, in accordance with the Radio Regulations which complement the Constitution and Convention of the International Telecommunication Union now in force, this authorisation is herewith issued for the installation and use of the radio equipment.

Practical notes
