What this certificate is
The Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance (Part I) states the national requirements that give effect to the Maritime Labour Convention for ships flying the Haiti flag. It is the flag State's half of the declaration; the shipowner completes Part II setting out the measures adopted on board.

This document is issued in line with the provisions of the Haitian National Legislation comm. code-230-476 and under the authority of the Government of the Republic of Haiti, allowing the vessel to engage in international voyage following the International Maritime Conventions & Regulations.
